Home Remodeling Trends from Houzz | Architectural Digest

Along with faux finishes and hygge, renovations are trending. After surveying more than 100,000 of their registered users a few months ago, home renovation and design platform Houzz just released its 2017 Houzz & Home Report, and the company announced homeowners spent 11 percent more on room makeovers in 2016 than they did the year before. (Even more impressive: This number excludes kitchens and baths.)
