A Huge Hamptons Mansion is Finally Sold

A sprawling Hamptons estate has finally sold after eight years on the market, and a major price drop.

The property, known as the Pond House, has just sold for $26million, after originally being put on the market in 2009 for $39.5million.

The buyer, whose name was not been revealed, gets a full two-acre-estate, complete with a mansion and a separate guest cottage.

The sprawling main home is 12,000-square-feet and sits on two-acres of land next a 17-acre meadow preserve
